“Why should you decide on using our services?”
We will never pressure you into a sale. You must be comfortable with your decision and we fully understand this. A family-run business, we take our work very seriously. Our rapport with our clients is wonderful. We are honest, straight-forward and up-front, and never hide anything. Most importantly, though, we offer a wonderful product and always stand behind our work.

“How long have we been in business?”
Maverick Productions began in 1995, full-service in 1999. We are based in Baltimore, MD and York, PA, and service most of the East Coast in addition to other parts of the country.

“How knowledgeable is the staff?”

Everyone that works for this Company has undergone a very comprehensive training process including experience in hands-on, field, corporate-level, and event videography and post production. Everyone is fully knowledgable in all aspects of our business and provides a wealth of creativity to each production. This ensures an incredible final product at a very professional level. Everyone is an employee and we never subcontract or outsource any of our work.

“Are we licensed, insured and registered?”

Yes. We are fully licensed, insured, and registered with the local, state, and federal governments. The Company, client, and venue are protected by a liability policy to ensure proper safety.

“Do we charge sales tax?”

As with any reputable Company, we are required to collect 6% Maryland state sales tax per the Comptroller of Maryland. MD only.

“Do we provide a written contract and guarantee?”

Yes. We provide a comprehensive, legalized and protected contract that outlines the entire event. Every involved party is protected and no question will ever be left unanswered.

“How long does it take to receive the finished product?”

This depends on the particular service but can be same day, next day, or up to 90 days. For detailed info please contact us.

“What are the payment options?”

Payment can be made by check, cash, money order, Visa, or MC.

“Is there backup equipment?”
Every event will be provided with a minimum of one duplicate device for each device brought, thus guaranteeing no unresolvable issues.

“Where is the production created?”

Everything is performed in our studio, including all artwork, design, video production, audio replication, etc. We never outsource anything.

“Are there licensing issues with music?”
Legally, all copyrighted music must have the approval by the owner in order to be used.  To prevent any issues, we use royalty-free music that is custom-designed and original to your production.  Client assumes all responsibility for use of all music.
